A. Hi mom start with the exercise. Do yoga, cycling, jogging, swimming, dancing etc to shed extra kilos from your body.. Have warm lemon honey water daily empty stomach in the morning to burn fat Avoid eating high calorie food like sugary bakery junk food. Drink plenty of water in a day to flush out excess toxins from body.
