2)Rice kanji, buttermilk, lentil soup, coconut water is good during loose motion.
3)Banana,Apple and curd-rice is one of the best during loose motion.
4)If you are breastfeeding your baby then you should continue feeding your child.
5)Keep the diet simple and bland,like boiles carrot puree, boiled potatoes, daal- Khichdi,sabudana kheer. You can add nutmeg, fennel seeds, ginger in preparation.
6) Avoid dairy products. No glucose water.
7) Do Consult your paedritician if stool consistency is watery, foul smelling, more frequent, bloody, pee count is less than 5-6 times.
