ExpertDr Mahesh PatilPaediatrician4 years agoA. hi your baby is 4 months old now if the frequency and consistency of stool has changed a lot it could be indigestion issue or stomach infection watch for fever give plenty of breast feeding and start a probiotic supplement like rinifol z 2.5 ml twice a day for 5 days
