Hello mom when the baby is tired and also taking good feed then they tend to have normal activities like good sleep as well make sure gradually you tend to make a routine for the baby and give good quantity of solid as of this age soft consistency diet that can be given and make sure there is no long naps during the daytime massages and warm water bath would be helpful
