to help stool passage give plenty of fluids including milk and include seasonal fruits and vegetables in puree form in diet,give warm massage to belly and make cycling movements of both legs and circular massage around belly button and if problem persist try glycerine pediatric pessary inside anal opening

Foods that help with constipation are fruits and vegetables with fiber like soaked raisins, musambi, prunes, papaya, pears, figs, apricots, pumpkin, sweet potatoes, leafy greens like palak and dill leaves. Soaked garden cress (aliv/aalvi/halim) seeds also can be given in small amounts.
Make sure to feed some of these daily. Give lots of liquids like homemade juices with pulp, soups, coconut water and plain water. Physical activity also helps with getting pressure for potty. Ensure that child has a balanced diet with lots of different varieties of vegetables and fruits, ghee, curd etc.
Babies usually should double their birth weight by 5th month and triple birth weight by 1 year. For gas problem make sure you burp baby after every feed. Walk around with baby's head on your shoulder and supporting her neck gently bounce. Give tummy time daily for a few minutes multiple times. Gently massage your baby's tummy with castor oil with fingers and keep a warm water towel for few minutes. Cycle baby's legs with your hands gently after every feed. Also keep baby upright in standing position holding with your hands for support few minutes after feed. This helps the poop to travel down with gravity.
