#asktheexpert hlo sir,my 8 month baby sleeps at night for 8 to 10 hour without feeding, is this ok?

A. its good. infact you can make a 12 hour routine if baby fed properly during daytime. night sleep is very important for overall health of a child. give everything except cow milk and honey

A. hi all babies are different so they have their own specific sleep and feeding patterns. if your child looks happy healthy and active, gains enough weight, achieve age appropriate milestones then no need to worry about anything. just ensure that your child should pass urine at least 7 or 8 times in a day.
