#AskTheExpert hlo mam meri period miss hui 10 days ho gye or maine 7 th day test kiya but negative aaya but abhi tak period nhi aaya is this any problem pls suugest me something

A. not to worry you can repeat the Urine Pregnancy Test after 1 week again if still negative just wait for your periods to come if next month also periods missed only then you can consult with your doctor for medication otherwise no need to worry just have regular daily walking and timely intake of food along with adequate water intake
