#AskTheExpert hlo madam iam 9 months pregnant my thys are getting more pain and iam not able walk constantly so wat to do for this problem madam

A. Hello dear Is it on one side or both the sides ? If is on one side only then it is a matter of concern but if it is on both sides then try stretching exercises
