A. hello mum if it is around the lips then this can be because of the drooling which is common during the teething do you just need to keep the area dry and clean but if it is spreading from one body part to another then you can first try by applying Lacto Calamine lotion on it but if it's not recovering then you can apply some antiseptic cream by asking your doctor
