Dr Vandan H KumarFather of a 7 yr 6 m old boy4 years agoA. wt/ht -it is very important to meet your doctor to confirm whether the weight and height of the child is within normal limits or not and if the child is suffering from any nutritional deficiency beecause that can lead to loss of appetite. it is important that it you have to offer different recipes and flavours made from cereals pulses vegetable milk and fruits daily to improve the weight and height of the child

Stretching exercises and yoga can help in better flexibility and health. Include all food groups in your child’s diet that is staple in your family. Height, skin, hair all are genetic and hereditary.
