#AskTheExpert hlo doc may boy ls 2.5 years old... from the past 5 months his weight stuck between 13 to 14 kg... and also he didn't eat anything and also he has a legs pain

A. dear mum, for healthy weight gain of your 2.5 years old child, give all the foods that are prepared in the house give five meals this includes two healthy snacks give more than One Katori every time the meals should be wholesome having variety of food groups like grains, pulses/non veg vegetables green leafy vegetables fruits dairy products like curd paneer nuts control intake of high sugar, oil and salt containing food and beverages processed packaged foods.
