#AskTheExpert hiiiiiii my baby boy is now almost 5 years .. actually the problem is my baby sweating during nap even in winters.. his hair get fully wet during sleeping..in this cause he always have cough and sleeping time some ghad ghad sound is also coming from him plzzzz tell me it's normal or anything serious

first ,I advise you to keep your child well hydrated.
dress your child in weather appropriate clothes but please don't overdress your child.
keep your child in well vantileted room.
keep your child head slightly elevated while sleeping.
and give sunbath for 20 minutes a day.
