some food like junk food mostly containing maida and oily food catn aggravate such condition.
diet modification should be tried figrst followed by medications like lactulose milk of magnesia and PEG .

Bananas and apples are good for digestion and reducing constipation. Increase the liquid intake intake. If the problem is severe then consult your child’s doctor for evaluation and advice.
