#AskTheExpert hiii... my son was 2 years 3 months he didn't call anyone by using relation or any sounds when any one going out from home he say bye using hand without sound some times he ask water not every time he needs some times he ask raw rice he was very interested playing with that he can speak some name when see that things like oil,shirt, soap...extra.. but I have some doubt why he didn't call anyone including me

ExpertDr Disha PatelAyurvedic Physician3 years agoA. need to examine in person. you could take him to a paediatric speech therapist and occupational therapist to get an evaluation done. There are numerous potential reasons for a speech delay/disorder and a professional will be able to lead you in the right direction.

Hai Dr.. my baby was 2 years 3 mnt old.. she will not eat properly.. actually m working women.. she will eat when m feeding now days.. and she didn't drink water properly.. while pooping she s crying some times.. she didn't drink water properly what should we do can u please guide me..still she s drinking breast milk also.. how to avoid.. can u suggest me..

All these are normal, help your child with more activities to learn and speak.Here are some ways you can encourage your toddler's speech: Talk directly to your toddler, even if just to narrate what you're doing.Use gestures and point to objects as you say the corresponding words. ...Read to your toddler. ...Sing simple songs that are easy to repeat.Give your full attention when talking to them.
