#asktheexpert hii...sir,,my baby is 1 year n one mnth old,,he is crying continuously in mid night,,since frm one week,,I think it's bcoz of insufficient food,,plz suggest me tasty n healthy food fr baby to fulfill his need.

give heavy food items like Ragi porridge with one tsp of ghee in it,churma ladoo,sheera, rab, etc at night time meal
but please don't force feed or overfeed your child
keep your child well hydrated
make sure your child feel comfortable while sleeping
check for teething and gas too
you may use Babyhug tummy roll on around navel of your child which help to cure stomach pain
