Ankita MehtaMom of a 9 yr 2 m old girl4 years agoA. for Healthy hair growth,it is best to offer food those are rich in protine , antioxidants ,iron , calcium, minerals etc.
so you should give green leafy vegetables,more and more fruits ,nuts etc
apply coconut oil daily on your child hair.
wash your child's hair with mixture of Amala aritha and shikakaki powder instead of using any shampoo.
give Sunbath for 20 minutes a day.
