#AskTheExpert hii ... my daughter gives me hard time feeding her... bt i am trying really hard to feed her good healthy nutrition food... bt now a days she is pooping one day alternatively... n the colour of the poop is dark brown to black.. at one sight it seems black bt some part seems darkest brown too... previously she used to poop brown to yellow.. am worried about the black color of poop... bt she is till now not showing any kind of discomfort... please answer if i need to b concerned for the black colored poop ...????

A. Hello dear parent! It is either due to your baby is taking iron supplements or because of constipation. Consult your child’s doctor for evaluation and advice. Increase the liquid and fibre intake. Serve healthy foods in cute Babyhug stainless steel bowls and plates to encourage healthy eating.
