Hello ma’am If you do not see any kind of dryness For allergy over there then it could be due to some other things so it would be best for you to consult your paediatrician for a proper checkup because there are medicines for dry skin creams for dry skin but if there’s anything else it is best that you take a proper consultation with your doctor
