Loose motion are most of the time infective where it is associated with fever and vomitinfg and its ktnown as gastroenteritis where symptomatic treatment along with management for dehydration is required if loose motions are associated with foul smell mucous high grade fever than it could be bacterial infection which needs antibiotics treatment

Entrogermina Can be given to the child two times in a day along with that I would just advise you to stop giving milk to the child completely till the time your child is suffering with this issue because it’s absolutely not recommended to be given as in it increases the number of loose motions for
