POOJA GOSWAMIMom of a 10 yr 6 m old girl3 years agoA. Yes, you can give saffron milk to the baby on daily basis. Put 2-3 strands of saffron in cow's milk. It helps in absorption of Calcium in the body which helps in strengthening bones and helps in maintaining good digestion and wards off gastric problems. Also, make sure not to add too much of it as it can adversely effect.
