#asktheexpert hii dr. my child is 2.20 yr old, and usually he is suffering from the constipation. I preferred the longifene for this. but if I skip the syrup same condition will be occur. please suggest the medicine or home made remady for this

Dr. Vaibhav jainFather of a 5 yr 9 m old girl4 years agoA. it is co. I. kid. Constipation is very common in kids . As such medication are avoided just give more of water and more of fiber diet like green leafy vegetable and fruits to baby . Lactulose will be used as last resort as stool softener .
