Give homemade balanced diet having variety of food groups especially seasonal fruits and vegetables even green leafy vegetables. At least 500 ml of milk every day including milk products like curd, paneer, cheese. You can give eggs and non veg foods. Add dry fruits like almonds, walnuts, cashew nuts, raisins, dates to baby’s diet. Add ghee to baby’s food.

boiled potato , sweet potato, pumpkin , chickpea , soya ,egg etc
you can feed fruits like apple, banana,dates , avacado , papaya etc too
add ghee in every meal of your child
