Jasmine KaurMom of a 9 yr 5 m old boy2 years agoA. Hello dear parent ypu should drink lots of water. As with intake of iron supplements during pregnancy constipation is a common problem. Do not worry much about it. Eat right and healthy diet. Stay in touch with your gynaecologist. Good luck and take care
