#AskTheExpert hii doc ..my baby is 1 year old ..from last 4 months she is continuously having cold cough nd other illness..due to her weight gain has stoped...wht should i do to gain her weight???

A. it appears to be allergic cough/cold. they can be associated with temperature variations around the body (hot to cold or cold to hot environmental changes) which the body cannot sustain leading to cough usually at evening g/night and morning. requires examination and start anti allergic medicines. meet dr and prevent such temperature variations. there is a possibility of starting anti allergic medicines for at least ovne month and the doctor will decide if the child needs inhaler therapy or nebulization.

A lot of times these things are just not normal cold it is due to some kind of analogy that building up into the body of the child so I believe to be on the safer side once you should get an allergy test done for your child so you know if it is an allergy or simple cold or cough that frequently occurring toWrite Your Answer Here
