#AskTheExpert hii am fourth month pregnant n I hve v low vitamin D so what should I eat in vegetables n in fruits

A. There are not much options in vegetables to boost Vitamin D so expose yourself to direct sunlight 30 mins a day and eat eggs milk and milk products take care

A. dear mom..have vit d enrich food like cow milk, orange juice,oatmesl, mushrooms,tofu, orange juice, all dairy products, youghrt, Cheese, egg yolk, soymilk , cereals. The best way to get your daily dose of vitamin D is by spending time out in the sun.
