#asktheexpert Hi team Firstcry , my son is 3 month old & recently developed his habit of putting thumb & hand in mouth , Doing it more frequently Shall I put him on Pacifier or let him do the same??

A. it is usually considered to be normal for this age and according to the details you have mejntioned ,if not associated with any other problems repetitively,you should not worry it does not require any kind of treatment or medicine if you have any more doubt y heou can get examination done once by the doctor available nearby and get further guidance regarding this.

A. Nop Pacifier is should never be given to the child is not recommended it has very bad side-effects so don’t give pacifier your child is having its teeth which is why your child is behaving like this just check the gums of your child will get a clear idea
