#asktheexpert hi sir previously we are giving domstal when ever baby vomit but today mistakenly given 3 ml domstal baby is premature and now 4 month and 3.10 kg

It’s only meant to be given five drops to the child you have actually given a very heavy dosage I don’t think so it is going to have any negative impact on the child because it is just a basic medicine but if you see anything odd in the behaviour of the child then you can consult your doctor
