Q.

#AskTheExpert Hi sir, Namaste. My baby is 14 Month old. He is still having Nestogen formula milk upto 24 Month. I tried to give him cow milk or any other packet milk like Amul cow milk aur fresh cow milk. but he can not able to digest them. what should i do ?

A. cow milk is hard to digest. prefr buffalo milk in diluted form initially slowly Switch to full fat buffalo milk. you can also start actilife pro kid or macro junior with milk twice a day

A. Instead of giving straight milk to the child dilute it with 20% of water and add some fruits of choic into it then you offered to the child little bit like to sit and see if your child is able to digest it because a lot of times when you give full cream is not able to digest it to you just have to give it with some water into itWrite Your Answer Here
