#AskTheExpert hi sir my son suffering from 103 fever from 24 hrs using meftal-p 2.5 ml after using it temperature is coming down.again after 10 hrs fever is back and again syrup used now he is ok.is there any medical attention i need shall I continue the same.

A. continue to give paracetamol once in every 6 hours Fever is the response of the body against foreign infection like virus bacteria etc no need to use any medicines unless the temperature is more than hundred degrees
