#AskTheExpert Hi Sir , My Son is 18 months old ,recently he suffered from an infection in blood (WBC count 18k) which cause him continuous fever and weekness ,after doctor consultation we gave antibiotics ,subsequently the infection went down. In that period he lost weight . can you please advise us what kind diet we should give ? Thanks Rajasekhar

A. Yu Should give more of liquid diet to the child as of now because that is going to help in maintaining strength in the body and once the body recovers give proper solid food to the child don’t Worry a little bit of weight loss is considered very normal during these kind of issues but slowly gradually a child picks up with proper time
