#AskTheExpert hi sir, my son is 10 months old. Still I'm breastfeeding him. He didn't want to drink cow milk and formula milk sir. what can I do to stop breastfeeding him

A. yes you must start with solids to keep baby full

A. hi starts solids for baby give mashed food in day tym avoid breastfeeding give only mashed food so he or she feels tummy full... slowly he or she will leave breastfeeding.... same do at night also

A. Start solids, Iron-fortified cereals served either dry or mixed with formula or breast milk. Cooked vegetables including carrots, peas, green beans, spinach (and other leafy greens), squash, and potatoes (white and sweet) that have been mashed or cut into small pieces. Whole cooked beans.
