#AskTheExpert hi sir my lil daughter is 5 months old and we are giving her Nan pro 1 from the starting. Can we provide her lactogen 1 from 6th month feed. kindly suggest

ExpertDr Priyanka KalraObstetrician and Gynaecologist3 years agoA. yes ok. a lot of brands will be trying to impress you but you try to see your need and cost. thats better always. the baby needs a balance diet with protein, carbs, fats abd fibre. no need of fancy foods ok.

You need to start any formula stage 2 once your baby completes 6 months. Regularly massage your baby with Babyhug cold pressed coconut oil. Good luck and take care.
