#AskTheExpert Hi sir.. My daughter having fever n dry cough.. I will give paracetamol 500 6ml for 4times in a day 6 hrs once.. but she is suffering alot with dry cough..can't even sleep peacefully..she cried bcs of this? pls any suggestions n remedies for dry cough?

A. continue paracetamol, may give her syp honitus for cough. give ple ty of fluids. it's preferable to visit your doctor, for further evaluation and exact treatment or management.
