Nmfe vitamin E cream you can apply and yes you can start with the milk that you are talking about but it should be pasteurise milk animal milk should not be given before the age of 13 months and as of now looking at the age of the child you can go ahead with giving toned pasteurise milk of which ever brand that is feasible to you
