The peak age for spitting up – also known as reflux – is 4 months. When your baby swallows air along with his breast milk or formula, the air gets trapped in with the liquid.
so burp well do tummy time daily
hold upright after feeds

please give feeds at gap of 2 or 3 hours intervals
but please don't wait if a child is extremely hungry for feeding.
keep your child head slightly elevated while feeding
do not overfeed your child
burp your baby in between and after each feeding.
