#AskTheExpert Hi Sir, My baby is 8 months old , from night having head ache and very light fever, if we give calpol drops reducing for sometime and body temperature is lightly increasing after few hours, do we need to take hospital, can you please suggest?

A. how you knew of headache in 8 month old? Baby is having cold cough and fever then it can be due to viral infection you .consult with your doctor near by who will examine the baby and guide you with appropriate medications in their proper dose. Viral fever can last from 3-5 days so you need to to give the prescribed medications for this duration at least and if it is persistent beyond you need to go for the investigation as per the advice of the doctor
