#AskTheExpert Hi sir my baby is 6 months old yesterday he got fever we are using crocin drops in how many days he will be normal again ? there is no temperature now

Dr Vandan H KumarFather of a 7 yr 4 m old boy3 years agoA. for fever as well as pain kindly give paracetamol according to the weight of child as well as according to the power of paracetamol medicine you are having and paracetamol can be given maximum 4 times per day and also do body sponge to decrease the surface temperature.c
also when u take temperature in the armpit of the child and it is 100 or more then only consider it as fever and give paracetamol.
higher medicines for fever like ibugesic and mefenamic has to be given only after medical consultation
