#AskTheExpert hi sir my baby girl 10 days old third day baby tested TSB it was 14 and went for phototherapy for two days then after four days TSB 9 I have one doubt how days it's take that TSB will come normal level baby feeding was good with mother milk

A. Hi mommy Take healthy protein rich nutritious food including fenugreek ajwain butter to increase your breast milk avoid stress stay happy it also help to increase your breast milk you can take lactogen tablet to increase bm Burp well after evey feeding by holding your baby in straight right position and wait for burping atleat ten minutes
