Q.

#asktheexpert hi sir...my 4 months baby is passing less urine with orange color..she is struggling to pee but it doesn't come..is anything cause of concern plss sir suggest the medication for this...is orange color urine is dangerous??

A. orange is not normal urinary pattern in small children is totally different. they may pass more than 20 times per day urine also and sometimes they will pass urine again and again in only one hour. the minimum requirement would be more than 7 times in 24 hours. if it is less give more breast feeding or milk and if it is more no need to worry if the child is not having any other complaint. there is no problem if the urine frequency is normal and the child is not passing urine at night

A. A lot of parents are going through this issue but doctor say that little bit of orange colour is normal or if you’re giving any medicine could be because of the same but apart from that if you see any kind of a discomfort or discomfort in pattern of feeding or in the behaviour of the child then please consult your doctor
