Dr Vandan H KumarFather of a 7 yr 4 m old boy3 years agoA. it is not a pathology but just a clinical finding and it does not have any problem for the child and according to the name the position of geography will change from time to time but this is just a matter of time that in few months this geography tongue will go away without any treatment
