#AskTheExpert Hi sir Is the poop attached, normal for a baby of age 1.5 month. does mother's diet effect the color of baby poop. could please suggest on this

Uma RamMom of a 7 yr old boy3 years agoA. Hai good afternoon !! If baby is on breastfeed then mother diet impact on baby's poop.
If mother had any Leafy vegetables,bhendi, Iron supplements then poop will be in green to brownish colour.
If baby had formula milk then also passes green, mustard colour poop,no need to worry about poop colour.
Only concern when baby had hard stools, blood stains , loose watery motions with frothy foul smell.
Mother have to follow diet avoid heavy, spicy foods, cold causing foods.
