#AskTheExpert Hi Sir Im two months carrying, I have huge vomiting sensation I couldn't control so I have taken vomit tablet which is suggested by doctor daily one but I'm not able go to motion daily it's very difficult for me

U can take isabgol with warm milk before sleeping to get relief from constipation by consulting your gynecologist for the same. Take care and all the best
