#AskTheExpert Hi sir I've 3 n half month old baby boy n I feel breast feeding n formula is not sufficient for him. Can I start giving solid to him ??? or any other options???

Give solid food after six months
Breastmilk contains nutrients your baby needs for growth and development. It also protects your baby against infections and diseases. Breastfeeding is free and convenient it can also promote bonding between you and your baby. It’s recommended you breastfeed exclusively until your baby starts solid foods at around 6 months, and keep breastfeeding until at least 12 months
