#AskTheExpert Hi sir I have 3 weeks old baby boy. in the 2 nd day of his birth he cried a lot the full night without drinking milk. from then mom started feeding. from second week. he lost his sound while crying and couldn't sound and only air is coming wnd it's almost 2 weeks and couldn't hear his sound.... is it serious...

Bonnisan Five drops can be given to the child maximum four times in a day as and when required that’s going to be the best thing to be given to the child because at this age kids Mostly suffer with stomach pain which is very absolutely normal and common with them so you can give this medicine regularly if you need to
