Yes you can give packet Mail to the child you can go for full cream packet milk for your child as of now and PDF is good but actually it has high content of sugar which is vital than much healthy a lot of people think PediaSure and all these powders are good but they actually are not I would advise you to start using dry fruit powder which you can make at home for your child which is loaded with nutrients and supplements
