#AskTheExpert . Hi sir.. Actually I am struggling for my son's sleeping routine.. he is continuously changing his sleeping time.. Maximum he is sleeping in day time only... Night time only he is playing.. His dad is doing night shift work in home. current sleeping time is morning 7 to evening 5.. he is taking one nap 10 p,.m to 12 p. m. how to change this sir. How to train him a proper sleeping routine.

Dr Sameer awadhiyaGuardian of 2 children2 years agoA. Crying of a Baby is mostly because of infantile colic and gas related discomfort which is there commonly in night . Itjx can be relieved by medicine like colicaid or gastica drops containing dil oil and feniel oil with semethicone.
other reasons could be hunger any illness, nasal blockage, ear pain, diaper rash and sometimes more conditions which needs to be ruled out and managed accordingly .
