#AskTheExpert hi pls let me know how to clean dead skin from baby s scalp. it all over on the scalp.

ExpertDr Disha PatelAyurvedic Physician6 years agoA. Hello,It is completely harmless, not contagious, and usually disappears by your baby’s first birthday. Rub a small amount of a pure, natural oil – such as almond or olive oil – on your baby's scalp and leave it on for about 15 minutes. Gently comb out the flakes with a fine-tooth comb or brush them out with a soft brush.

meghali BorahMom of a 8 yr 7 m old boy6 years agoA. Massage the scalp gently with coconut oil and leave it for Atleast half an hour to 45 minutes then use a good shampoo to wash the head. There is a brush available for babies scalp, you can rinse it using the brush and it will go off gradually
