#asktheexpert Hi, my son is on formula, 2.5 month old. Kindly let me know what to do when he is constipated.

A. hi first,if it is possible, please offer breasfeeding alone avoid giving formulafeeds as it can cause this more second, give gentle tummy massage which help to stimulate bowlmovements you can give warm bath and gently move your baby's legs in cycling motions to help with bowlmovements
