#asktheexpert hi...my son is month old....his soft spot on head seems sunken sometimes ....today 6-7 times he passes urine....No signs of dehydration no vomiting...etc...when he is sleeping it is normal...

Dr Sameer awadhiyaFather of a 12 yr 4 m old boy4 years agoA. 3 month old baby is having anterior fontanelle sunken it may be a sign of dehydration fit not be ignored you need to consult your doctor immediately if the child is not taking proper feeling
