#asktheexpert Hi, my son is became 1 yrs old in june 24. for him Iron drop(Trifer) started in dec 23, should i continue or stop. kindly suggest. presently he is 7 kg and Height is 68 cm. and Birth weight was 2 kg.

ExpertDr Bandana JoshiAyurvedic Physician2 years agoA. After one year of age you can stop giving iron drops do when you go fir next follow up with your paediatrician ask him and try giving calcium and iron rich foods
